Development and operation of exclusive Heathrow hotel, branded Hilton

With a complex ownership structure and planning history giving limited future flexibility, a site near Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5 was not considered attractive by most. Shiva however, took a view that despite these constraints, they could work with the existing plans to arrive at an optimal outcome for them and the planners and develop and run a highly profitable hotel on the site.

The globally renowned Hilton hotel group have such confidence in Shiva’s management ability, site selection and development plans, that they have awarded their first ever franchise of a core brand Hilton in the UK and Ireland. This landmark hotel opened its doors on 31st August 2011.
